Laura Horvath has a contagious happy personality. She has a passion for photography and she is in the constant pursuit of educating herself on the complexities of photography. She has attended a couple of our photography workshops and always impresses us with her eagerness to learn and her ability to take professional images.

Great photographers rely on a learned knowledge that has been acquired through study. This is necessary to become a complete photographer which allows you to nurture and develop as much as you can. If you develop only one skill or talent and discard the rest as boring or unnecessary, you will miss out on what will make you successful in the complex world of photography today.

In her work as a photographer she has a gift of capturing that deep seeded emotion that lies beneath the surface. That is her personal endeavor in her work as a photographer. She strives for this so that she can share this with others through her art.
Her strong talent is black and white photojournalistic portraiture.
She's a Connecticut yankee with a California state of mind and a "free spirit." You may find her at a traffic light in her Jeep Wrangler with the top always down and the music always mellow as she ponders her next photo shoot.
