Family of the Week and Happy Thanksgiving!
This is my brother Sean his beautiful wife Kristen and their 3 boys, Alec, Ryan and little Lucas. I couldn't help make them the family of the week, the boy's said they would beat me up if I didn't. Sean and Kristen are from Salt Lake City and they try to visit every Thanksgiving. I'm the oldest of 6 kids and Ann and I try to host Thanksgiving every year. This year we had 25 family and close friends sitting at one table!
It was nice to have Sean and his family at our Thanksgiving table this year to help us with all the food.

November Kids Photo Contest!
Hi Mr. Westover,
My name is Jordan Farmer, I am 8-years-old. My Mom loves photography and is always taking pictures of me and my family and now I am learning how to do photography also. I am so excited to enter your photo contest. I took this picture of the Foothill Ranch Firefighters at our local Starbucks with my Mom’s nice camera last week.
My Mom helped me attach my picture for the contest this month.
“My picture is of some of the Firefighters from Foothill Ranch that helped save our house and community during the recent Santiago Wildfire. We are very thankful for all of the Firefighters that helped put out the fire and helped save everybody’s lives.”

"Rising Sun"

October Kids Contest Winners
First of all, I want to say thank you to everyone who entered the contest this month. It was nice to see such creative young photographers. I loved seeing the photos of insects crawling on people, beautiful dogs and cats, and exotic birds and reptiles. You guys are a talented group of photographers and it wasn't easy finding the winners.
